近日,红树林文旅运营管理集团正式任命姜成华(Mr. Kevin Jiang)先生担任三亚海棠湾红树林度假酒店总经理一职,全面负责这一地标性奢华度假酒店的整体运营与管理工作。

三亚海棠湾红树林度假酒店定位红树林奢华酒店品牌,位于“国家海岸”之称的海棠湾C位,毗邻三亚国际免税城。酒店外形如一幅巨大的彩色风帆,被视为三亚新地标。

姜成华先生是一位从业逾二十五年的资深酒店经理人。曾在万豪、雅高、洲际、绿地铂瑞、Club Med、澳门威尼斯人等多家酒店担任重要管理职位,曾在不同国际及国内高端酒店品牌担任总经理及副总裁岗位十年之久,同时曾被认证为六西格玛质量管理黑带,在酒店全面质量运营及管理、市场销售拓展、目的地综合体度假酒店运营及管理方面有着相当丰富的经验。凭借其对市场动态的敏锐捕捉与深刻洞察、高效的执行力以及卓越的领导力,曾带领酒店团队完成吉尼斯世界纪录、行业销冠等佳绩。

Recently, Mangrove Tourism Group officially appointed Mr. Kevin Jiang as the General Manager of The Mangrove Sanya, fully responsible for the overall operation and management of this landmark luxury resort hotel.

The Mangrove Sanya is positioned as a luxury mangrove hotel brand, located in the C-position of Haitang Bay, known as the "National Coast", adjacent to Sanya International Duty Free City. The hotel looks like a huge colorful sail and is regarded as a new landmark in Sanya.

Mr. Jiang is a senior hotelier with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality. Previously worked at Marriott, Accor, InterContinental,Greenland Primus,Club Med,The Venetian Macao and other hotels have held important management positions, serving as general manager and vice president for various international and domestic high-end hotel brands for ten years. At the same time, they have been certified as the Six Sigma Black Belt and have extensive experience in hotel comprehensive quality operation and management, market sales expansion, and destination complex resort hotel operation and management. With his keen capture and profound insight into market dynamics, efficient execution, and outstanding leadership, he has led hotel teams to achieve excellent results such as Guinness World Records and industry sales championships.
