锦江国际集团与万豪国际集团于今日(5月31日)发布联合声明,锦江与万豪之间有关上海扬子江万丽酒店的管理合同将于2021年6月30日到期。经双方友好协商,管理合同到期后将不再续期。未来,锦江国际集团与万豪国际集团将在双方多年伙伴关系基础上,进一步探索新的合作模式。
May 31, 2021 - SHANGHAI, CHINA -- Jin Jiang International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. and Marriott International Inc. released a joint statement today stating that the management contract of Renaissance Shanghai Yangtze Hotel between Marriott International and Jin Jiang International will expire on June 30th, 2021. Following the friendly negotiation and mutual agreement of both parties, the management contract will not be renewed. Moving forward, Marriott International and Jin Jiang International intend to explore new models for collaboration based on the foundation of partnership the two companies have enjoyed over the years.
据悉,上海扬子江万丽大酒店自2021年7月1日起更名为:上海扬子江丽笙精选酒店。这是锦江国际集团近年来收购卢浮酒店集团、丽笙酒店集团等企业后,优化全球品牌战略,推进自有品牌升级发展的市场策略之一,将以新的品牌、新的运营方式,继续为客人带来优质服务。
It is reported that the Renaissance Shanghai Yangtze Hotel will be rebranded as Radisson Collection Hotel, Yangtze Shanghai from July 1st, 2021. This is one of the market strategies of Jin Jiang International Group to optimize its brand globalization and promote the upgrading of its own brand development after acquiring the France Louvre Hotels Group, Radisson Hotel Group and other Groups in recent years. It will continue to bring high-quality services to guests with new brands and new operating methods.
