福州东湖万豪酒店任命市场销售总监---韦鸿朝先生

近日,福州东湖万豪酒店正式任命韦鸿朝先生为市场销售总监,全面负责酒店筹备开业期间销售战略、市场战略的制定以及酒店开业后市场的开发、营销和推广工作。

Recently, Fuzhou Marriott Hotel Riverside is pleased to announce the appointment of Leo Wei as the Director of Sales & Marketing. He will be fully responsible for sales and marketing strategy making during hotel pre-opening period as well as marketing development and promotion after hotel opening.

韦鸿朝先生拥有18余年品牌酒店工作及管理经验,他曾先后服务于万豪国际集团、香格里拉集团、雅高集团、温德姆集团、厦门建发集团悦华酒店管理公司等多家国际及国内酒店管理集团,积累了深厚的市场销售经验与管理技能。履新前,韦鸿朝先生复合型筹备开业酒店 - 厦门鹭江两岸豪华精选酒店和厦门源宿酒店的市场营销工作,他也曾参与厦门索菲特大酒店、温德姆和平国际厦门大酒店、以及厦门日航酒店的筹备开业工作,拥有丰富的酒店筹备开业经验及敏锐的市场洞察力,同时具备销售战略领导经验和出色的团队领导力及沟通力。

Leo Wei has more than 18 years working experience in hospitality industry. He had served for different national or international hotel brands such as: Marriott International Group, Shangri-La Group,Accor Group, Wyndham Group, Xiamen C&D Yueohwa Hotel Group, which accumulated deep sales experience and management skill.  Prior to his current position, he was in charge the Sales and Marketing related work for pre-opening hotel The Lujiang, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Xiamen & Element Xiamen – a complex hotel under Marriott International group. He also worked for pre-opening hotel of Sofitel Plaza Xiamen, Wyndham Xiamen and Hotel Nikko Xiamen which has a rich experience for hotel pre-opening and acute marketing insight. He also possesses sales strategy lead experience, strong team leadership and communication skills.

毕业于香港理工大学“酒店及旅游管理专业”的韦鸿朝先生在从业期间多次获得“最佳优秀经理”称号,在其领导下,也曾获得“最佳优秀团队”奖。他凭借出色的销售业绩多次超额完成其工作酒店的销售预算,取得了骄人的业绩。此次履新,相信韦鸿朝先生将凭借其丰富的筹备开业工作经验、出色的领导能力以及充满激情的工作态度带领福州东湖万豪酒店市场销售团队出色的完成酒店开业筹备期的各项工作,并不断开拓市场、打造酒店品牌知名度,从而为酒店开业及后期销售营收做好充分的准备。

Leo got his master degree from Hongkong Polytechnic University majoring in Hotel and Tourism Management. He has been awarded several times to be “Manager of the Year” during his hotel career. Sales & Marketing team under his management also has been awarded to be “the outstanding team of the year”. He achieved outstanding performance though achieve and over budget in several hotels that he’s been working for. With strong marketing sense, rich pre-opening hotel working experience, excellent leadership and passionate working attitude, Leo’s will lead Fuzhou Marriott Hotel Riverside sales and marketing team to successfully complete all kinds of works and projects during pre-opening period and consistently explore market, increase brand awareness and hotel reputations, so as to have full preparation for hotel opening and revenue driven after hotel opening.
