Fuzhou Marriott Hotel Riverside is pleased to announce the appointment of Gordon Lai as Resident Manager. He will be fully responsible for hotel operation during hotel pre-opening period and after hotel opening. With his strong operation experience, Gordon Lai will strengthen the management of Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Loss & Prevention and IT department.
来宝刚先生拥有十余年国际品牌酒店工作及管理经验，他曾先后效力于万豪国际集团、雅高集团并积累了丰富的运营管理经验。履新前，来宝刚先生在长白山万达威斯汀度假酒店和长白山万达喜来登度假酒店复合品牌酒店任房务总监一职。他善于团队沟通和团队管理，且拥有敏锐的运营洞察力和高效的执行力。十余年的运营经验为其打下了扎实的行业知识与技能，也造就了他积极向上的专业态度及坦诚谦逊的处事风格。对运营管理有着独特见解的来宝刚先生将以“追求卓越”的工作理念和“以人为本”的核心价值观作为管理精神，带领福州东湖万豪酒店运营团队创造佳绩。
Gordon Lai has more than 10 years working and management experience in international hotel chain. He has severed for Marriott International Group, Accor Group and accumulated rich operation experience. Prior to his current position, he was Director of Rooms in complex hotel – The Westin Changbaishan Resort and Sheraton Changbaishan Resort. He is good at team communication and management which he possesses acute operation insight and effective execution abilities. More than 10 years operation experience lay a solid foundation on his operation knowledge and skills, also brings up his positive professional attitude, honest and humble working style. With his unique insights on operation, Gordon Lai will use “Pursue Excellence” as working concept, “Put People First” as core value and management spirit to leading the Fuzhou Marriott Hotel Riverside operation team to creating marvelous achievements.
